Subscribe to our communications channel

Owners, residents, landlords and agents are invited to subscribe to MIMOR to receive email notifications and SMS alerts.

Email notifications will advise owners and residents of non-urgent matters like maintenance works in common areas. SMS alerts will advise of more urgent incidents like lift outages, interruptions to utilities like power and water, and issues relating to building security.

MIMOR is also used to make move-ins and outs easier. An automated booking system ensures relevant information is conveyed to the OC Manager, the caretaker and the relevant real estate agent.

New owners and residents are automatically enrolled in MIMOR. Current residents are invited to subscribe to MIMOR by contacting the OC Manager.
