Three days prior to your move, contact the OC Manager or ensure your agent or landlord has done so.
The OC Manager will arrange for the building to be staffed by the caretaker, who will assist by manning the front door, fitting protection to the lift walls and directing the removalists to the easiest access. This service attracts an hourly fee, starting with a minimum of three hours.
Similar arrangements apply to the removal of furniture or large items.
Moves are not permitted on Sundays or public holidays.
